What snacks are good for my diet?

Recommended Posts

-hard boiled eggs

-carrot sticks, celery and hummus


-fruit (if your allowing that type of sugar)

-almond butter

-very high cocoa % dark chocolate

omega 3 enhanced eggs (eggslands best, sunny side up cooked... leave the egg yolk runny)

sunbutter (like a peanut butter but non allergenic and without all the sugars/bad fat)

oatmeal cookes (use xylitol instead of sugar (low carb and actully good to prevent insulin spikes, doesnt leave the stevia-like bad aftertase either)
