Couple of Diet Questions

So do you think Dairy and Acne are related?

Also what about Nuts and Acne, e.g pistachio nuts, almonds and peanuts?!

And Eggs/Bacon? Theres too many contradicting posts so thought i'd start a topic

I don't have any milk at the moment, but i want to start taking it for some extra liquid calories !! As for the nuts they provide me with good fats omega 6 and omega 9 but i hear that people say these are a problem?

Or does it just vary from person to person?

I guess dairy is only a problem for those who are lactose intolerent or something?

As wheat is only a problem for those with coeliac diesease?

Yes, everything you mentioned are problems only for some people. None of those cause me to breakout. They are common problems, though, with many being common allergens and intolerances.

For me, cutting back the sugar and simple carbs while eating more nutritionally dense foods cleared my skin. After already discovering a cystic acne causing allergy to citrus.
