When I first started the regimen a year ago, my skin would get very dry and i had to use moisturizer to get it hydrated . Now , however, my skin becomes VERRRRY oily within minutes of applying benzoyl peroxide. Also the regimen doesn't work as well as it used to for my skin. ( I guess my skin got used to it ) Is there anything i can use to control the oil that won't intefere with the regimen?

My skin is very oily too, so I utilize oil-blotting sheets or a clean dry napkin to blot off the shine. Also, you can consider pressed or loose translucent powder. I could not live without my powder. Also, if you don't need a lot of moisturizer, cut it down to once a day use, or just use less of it.

And please read here to see if there is anything you can do to help the Regimen work better for you.

On the regimen, my skin gets really shiny and oily looking when i sweat. I can feel the bp oozing back out of my pores as i sweat and it stings if it runs into my eyes. Don't think there is anything you can do about it other then blot it with tissue.

should i be using the moisturizer at all if my skin is this oily?

Just use a tiny bit at night (or day) if you want to. You probably don't want to skip it altogether since the dryness can creep up on you. But there's no need to slather a lot of moisturizer on twice daily if you don't need to.

At this point, I don't moisturize at night, and only moisturize a bit in the daytime so I can have some spf protection.
