Why shouldn't you do strenuous exercise whilst on tane?

I go to the gym, and do about an hours cardio, free weights, and play squash/swim, do yoga and pilates...

I am 22/F

would this be classed as "strenuous"?

should it be something I mention to the derm when I see them next?

It's bad for your joints, on Tane. However make sure to take fish oil caplets... They REALLY help with joint pain. I work out 4-6 days a week, hard - and have no joint pain anymore thanks to these tablets.

i heard something about muscle breakdown couldn't be handled by your liver????

anyway i go to the gym 3/4 times a week but i just do light weights.

i think generally exercise will help your skin, lift your mood and self esteem, and so it's v positive. maybe just do light cardio and light weights though?
