i've been using cod liver capsules for a couple of weeks. i read on the back that you should take 2-3 capsules a day. right now i'm taking 2. i also noticed it said they contain vitamins a and d. should they contain anything else? i know you can get the liquid kind because i saw it at walmart. what kind of cod liver or fish oil capsule provides the most essential vitamins? and how many should you take throughout the day?
