I'm thinking of this

I've had acne since I was 13. I'm 17 now and never really followed a regimen. I always used to just apply the stuff. Couple days later if it didn't work, I gave up. Well, I guess i'll try a different approach to it.

Is this regime a higher success rate than the others?

Where can I get mild soap from for it?

What kind of brands? Rather not use bar soap.

Here is one of our largest poll results: http://www.acne.org/regimen_poll.php?actio...amp;anchor=poll

And here are the Success Stories we've received. http://www.acne.org/success.php

I receive emails each and every day from real people who have used Dan's regimen successfully, so I definitely think it's worth a try if you have mild to moderate inflammatory acne.

Keep in mind that this is something you have to be dedicated to for it to work. That means following the instructions twice each day. And give it at least 2-3 months of strict adherence before you decide whether or not it is going to work for you.

Here are the instructions and the recommended products.

I hope that helps and good luck!

Does this cause red skin during the treatment?

I have resiliant skin. Basically skin that can take a lot of punishment and still be fine lol. I don't scar or nothing.

I used BP before but i cant remember if i had red skin..

is there a way to avoid the red skin? if not, then any way to treat it?
