Help: what to do when a pustola is going to appear!!!

I'm 40 years old and i suffer of acne since i was 20 old.

i never used Accutane because i have suffered of depression and i have skin very red with couperose

Now every month, twice, one or two big pustules appear on my face.

. They are big e full of pus , (sorry for the descrition!) formed by more inflameted pores.

The first symptom is a pain in the point in which the pustula appears, then pustula appears

that only recover when the pus and blood exit after a week

What can i do or use topically for stoppping the grow of the pustula and redness and pus?

Actually i use gentalyne beta.

I'm tired of antibiotcs that have irritated my stomach very much.

Sorry for my terrible English!

You could try spot treating the pimple with a 10% bp and then applying an AHA. This combo generally works best for me. Also, spot treating with 10% bp will help the pustule dry up much more quickly.

Yeh i agree with PAGER ... what i do to stop the growth of pustules is apply a dollop of 10% BP on the growing spot and not rub it in. Just let the BP go hard on top of it, this helps quite a bit. Never tried the AHA thing, that might be even better.
