About a month and a half ago my infant son had a red bump under his left eye. First I thought it was a insect bite but then I saw it had a white spot which appeared to be the head.

I took him to the doctor and she said it was a pastule, she prescribed Desonide Cream 0.05% ...two days later the hard, red bump went completely away...

I was just wondering if anyone treated their pastules with Desonide?

My dermatologist gave me desonide cream, it was the brand desowen that my derm had mixed with cetaphil lotion. He gave it to me to help with redness and acne marks left on the skin. It was effective at reducing your sons pustule because it is an anti-inflammatory.
