Hello, could someone please answer this question for me? I'm going to start taking 10 grams a day of B5 for acne. I am also going to buy B-100 complex vitamins. Is there anything else I should be taking besides the B100? And how many of these should I take so I don't lack in the b vitamin category? I would appreciate any help.

That's gonna get expensive fast. Even if it works, can you maintain a cost like that? Because as soon as you stop take the b-5 the acne comes back, and sometimes with a vengeance.
