I've been looking all over for ways to close the large pores on my nose (maybe caused by TS), and one suggested solution I found while searching the Forums was something called "B5". Could anyone please tell me what "B5" is? I'd really appreciate it.

Does "B5" Simply refer to Vitamin B5, or is it something else?

Vitamin B5 is a vitamin which is beneficial to the body, but also very beneficial to controlling acne. Vitamin B5 metabolises to produce Co-Enzyme A which dissolves oily substances in the body (most importantly, sebum).

By doing this, sebum is reduced and the chance of i clogging pores is decreased also.

You may have trouble finding Vitamin B5 in stores because it is generally labelled as "Pantothenic Acid" which is the chemical name for Vitamin B5, like Niacin is the chemical name for Vitamin B3, and retinol is the name for Vitamin A ect ect lol

Clear 5 is a tablet for acne that I have just purchased through their website....It contains B5 and supposedly reduces pores, the skins oil and pimples....

Fingers crossed it works for me!
