They are if your not allergic or intolerant. I eat probably 4 a day with one yolk mixed in a tbsp of evoo. Good source of protien plus the yolk is very nutritious, but high in fat/cholesterol so keep it in moderation (1-2 yolks Id say).

the yolk in eggs doesn't raise cholesterol in the body though i'm pretty sure. eggs are good for many but they make me personally break out so i really limit them.

Yes they are unbelievably amazingly fantastic! The chicken is the king of the forest! It provides chicken and eggs!!!! Fried chicken, baked chicken, chicken soup, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, chicken salad, chicken sandwich!!!
