using the products i have, can you make me a regime ?

i am soon to be getting an appointment to a dermatologist but until then i want to see what i can do on my own. i have tons of products but i'm not sure what is the most effective way to use them. tell me which to use and when to use them. thanks.

i have :

clearasil ultra daily face wash

st ives invigorating apricot scrub

cetaphil daily facial cleanser

neutrogena alcohol-free toner

neutrogena oil free anti-acne moisturizer

nature's cure benzoyl peroxide vanishing cream

queen helene mint julep mask

queen helene oatmeal and honey facial scrub

for pills i take:

vitamin c

vitamin a

zinc

nature's cure

omega 3 fish oil

I would try to keep it fairly simple until you try to figure out a long lasting plan with your derm. One possibility is cleansing with the Cetaphil, medicate with the BP cream, and then moisturize. Typically scrubs (especially the apricot) are WAY too harsh for washing the face. The apricot scrub worked really well on my body, but it basically scratches the fine skin on your face. Supplements can't really hurt, as long as you're careful not to take too much at once. Hope this might help, good luck with the appointment :D

AM

- Cleanse with Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

- Tone with Neutrogena alcohol-free toner

- Treat/Moisturize with Neutrogena oil free anti-acne moisturizer

- Protect with sunscreen (do you have sunscreen??)

PM

- Cleanse with Clearasil Ultra Daily Face Wash (alternate with Queen Helene oatmeal and honey facial scrub a few times a week)

- Tone with Neutrogena alcohol-free toner

- Treat with Nature's cure benzoyl peroxide vanishing cream

- Spot treat with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask whenever needed on big evil zits

- Use Queen Helene Mint Julep mask all over face once a week.
