 Ok well i have no idea what gluten is and all i know is that it has to do with food... so please can anyone explain and give examples?

Thank you so much :)

Gluten is a protein found on certain grains.

It is what makes a dough elastic and bind the molecule together.

Gluten is sticky and glue-like and rather nutritious but some people are intolerant to it because something triggered an auto-immune reacton againt gluten that caused the antibodies to attack the intestine.

Gluten is found on Wheat, Barley, Triticale, Kamut, Rye, Spelt and Farro while is absent in Rice, Buckwheat, Millets, Quinoa, Amaranth, Corn, Teff, Sorghum, and Oats (although industrial oats are often contamined with wheat which contains gluten)
