Hey guys, I am male and 19 years old.

My experience: Never really broke out until I was 16..

Between the ages of 5 and 16, NEVER had dairy (despised milk, cheese, yogurt etc)

Age 16 - I said to myself "You need some calcium in your diet, man!"

Therefore, I began to drink at least 1-2 protein shake a day (at least!!) for about 2 years. I got shocking pustules around the chin area and along the jawline. It was only after like 2 years that I made the link.

I am adamant that the milk caused AND exacerbated my acne condition (under control now because of the change made and because I am less ignorant about acne). I understand that we are all different - this is just MY experience.
