4% hydroquinone cream

Just had a derm appointment on Thursday and have been using 4% hydroquinone on my hyperpigmented area. The doctor didn't even bother telling me how I should apply it. I fear that I might put on too much and cause more damage. After applying it on over two nights I haven't seen any difference in my pigmentation. Not sure if I should really rub it into the areas or just gently lay it on.

It takes at least 6-8 weeks to start working. Just put it on however you would moisturiser, dont rub it in completely but dont just dab it on your skin either.

Give it time, alot of people have had great results with using 4% on their hyperpigmentation :)
