Taking supplements

I'm taking 6000mg of Starflower Oil and 2400g of Lecithin currently. I tend to take all with my evening meal because I am not in the house at breakfast.

Does it make a difference when you take your supplements? Would it have a better effect if I staggered it, and took half my dose in the morning and half at night?

if you take it in very high does sometimes your body can't absorb it all. Whenever I take supplements, I take the dosage, divide it by 4 and then take that amount 4 times each day.

But it probably depends on exactly what you're supplementing with.
