I've read that Vitamin-A can help calm down sebum production in oily-skinned people or anyone that is acne prone. Vitamin-A should be taken with Vitamin-E for best results. Vitamin-E is also good for skin, hair, and helps you stay looking young.

I dont want to take Vitamin-A to calm down acne since I have the B.P to handle that. I just want to take care of the oil slick that I have on my face throughout the day by making my skin less oily.

I'm going to take Natural Vitamin-A not accutane or any of that other crap.

Is it true that Vitamin-A calms down the production of sebum?
