What do you eat in the morning?

A cup or two of a nut, seed and raisin meledy (cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds and raisins)

Sometimes some grapes (red or green, although I prefer green:))

thats not starving oneself! first of all, nuts, seeds, and raisins are calorie dense, so a cup or two of them will actually pack quite a bit of calories/fat/protein/fiber etc.

two poached organic eggs, and a bowel of thinly sliced banana mixed with 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed and 1 tablespoon of pumkin seed (paleo friendly). some days, i add nut butter to my banana flax mixture, yummy, tastes like pudding. also 2 - 4 brazil nuts for added calories.

two organic scrambled or sunnyside eggs (sometimes on a piece of toasted ezekial bread) with a cup of organic tea, or bowl of oatmeal and some fruit
