foods that are the worst and should always be avoided:

refined grains

processed non organic dairy

refined sugar



any sort of partially hydrogenated or fractionated oils

soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil

anything highly processed

unfermented soy can be bad for some (stick with miso, tempeh, natto, etc)

most store bought cereals/granola bars/etc

The two foods that break the most people out here are:

1. Gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats) (also contained in many other things like soy sauce, beer, malt, etc.)

2. All dairy/milk products (milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, cream, etc.)
