Just sitting here, eating some more...almonds!

I'm now 1/4 of the way through tane, but I don't think I'm gonna make it to the end. I think I may have turned into a giant human almond by then. Or salmon.

So...can anyone recommend any fatty yet healthy foods I can take my tane with?

So far I use...

Full fat yogurt

Nuts (yes, mainly almonds...)

Avocado

Stuff cooked i olive oil

Salmon

I think I'd actually like to be a salmon though :dance:

Maybe I should try peanut butter, I've always assumed I'd hate it though. What's a cheese gromit? :s It sounds...dodgy!

What do you do with the flaxseeds for the pancake? Flaxseeds are too hard to be digested and go straight through the body, so none of the oil is going to come out of them for the fats if I just put them straight into a panake.

thats good already, other stuff you could try are brazil nuts, other fish like mackerel, sunflower/pumpkin seeds...you dont want to overdo it though or you might get fat
