It sucks to avoid the food you love riight!!!

Yes i know how it feel!! lol

I am not hating etc so don't worry

i am upset that i have to avoid the food i love

i can't eat Original Ritz cracker cause of the salts :(

i love those lol , if theres a good ritz cracker with no salt let me know :D

but it sucks riight to avoid food that you love cuz it cause acne etc :X , who agrees with me lol

Eddie,

You just have to find healthful foods that you enjoy, because otherwise, yes, it will be difficult for you! It may take a while in the beginning, but keep working at it, and you will find foods you like. Remember too that when you start giving your body lots of nutrition, you may find that your cravings go away, and this is due to your body having the nutrition it needs!

Ritz crackers? Lol...

Grapes, Apples, Strawberries, Bananas, Sunflower Seeds, Cashews, Almonds, Slow cooked chicken, peaches, romaine lettuce > ritz crackers

I love food but I actually like being on a strict diet. I don't really mind it at all... At least I'm healthy and my skin will hopefully be clear! :D
