Here's the story i train and have started taking creatine (specifically bsn no-xplode and cell mass) and ever since taking these products have noticed body acne appearing.

This is only really situated on the right shoulder area

I was wondering if anyone knew of a link or experinced creatine or these products causing acne to form??

it could be that your not drinking enough water. u need more water when using creatine to pass it through your system.

also like 20 to 1 ratio of sugar (i.e. dextrose) to creatine if you are using monohydrate. Ethyl Ester or most other forms of creatine don't need quite as much sugar.
