It's doubtful to actually clear you up -- i.e. turn you from a person with acne to a person without it. But it will make positive improvements on your physical appearance, and these can include helping your skin. Good health and circulation will almost always make you look better, even if it doesn't actually reduce the number of spots you get.

Excercise definately helps improve your skin. The sweat helps unclog your pores. Just make sure you wash your face after your done before the sweat dries.

- Take 2 tablets of Purivol ClearComplex.

Night

However asian people have always said that you should never bathe/wash when you are still sweating. Something to do with open pores or something. And supposedly if you do so there will be white/dark patches on your face.

Excercising helps reduce the amount of inflammation in your body, which is really the true benefit it has on reducing acne...then the release of toxins from sweating.
