Researchers in Greece showed that a large group of people who had side effects from isotretinoin got better when taking L-carnitine compared to those who took a placebo. Wow, thanks for sharing that with us...that's a nice find...I lift weights as well and I hadn't come across this information. I'll have to talk to my derm about it.
