I've been taking 50mg of Zinc (they really help for me) at night after dinner. I'm going to try and start taking 200mg chromium to see if it will help starting later today. (12:29am as I write this lol) I was wondering what the best time to take 1 pill. After breakfast, lunch or dinner? ...Or just any supplement in general.
I would take zinc and chromium together. And any b vitamins with vitamin c together. I would also pair up vitamin A/D/Calcium
So basically any time during the day, as long as you can keep these pairs together :). And don't worry too much about it either, if you can't that's fine. I am aware you don't take all of these but it's just a good note to keep in mind in case.
Also be sure to take chromium with or before a meal, and then the zinc after. Or it may not make much of a diff if you take it right after. =)
