Amount of BP to use all over your face?

Recommended Posts

When I was watching Dan's video he applied about half a finger full around the bottom area of his face around his mouth. If I had problems all over or just mainly on the T-Zone should I use the same amount half a finger full (and then gradually of course ramp up the does) to this whole area or use more as its more area I am covering? TIA!

The full amount is one finger for the whole face, which is what I use since my whole face is basically a problem area. If you're treating an area roughly equal to half the face (e.g. just t-zone, just cheeks, just lower half of face), then you'd want to use only about half a finger as the full amount. You'd want to start with a fraction of that half finger (maybe just a little pea-sized blob) and gradually ramp up to a half finger. Same reasoning applies to treating 3/4 of your face or just your chin or whatever.
