I apologisie if this had been asked before. Byt hopefully someone can give me a full and straight up answer.

B5, i have read about it and it seems to be a miracle cure..i dont know.

Anyway, how much B5, B-Complex, and vitamin C (optional i know) would you have to take each day?

Also, does it actually cause hair thinning or is this a rare side effect?

Hair thining is rare... not a recorded side effect

Solomio posted a good thread once, saying you can avoid Hair loss while on B5 by taking just 100mg of B6 per day

If you buy a good BComplex youll be ok

go for a B 100 Complex.. it contains 100mg of all the B vitamins and youll be on the safe side

Go to the web and search for Mega B Complex

hopes this helps.. as for Vitamin C.. anywhere between 500mg to around 3g is a good amount
