I have been taking 5 grams of fish oil per day for about 3 or 4 months now and saw some pretty good results, but i was wondering if anyone takes fish oil and vitamin b5 supplements at the same time?

I actually suggest taking fish oil with b5, it will (probably) help your skin a lot from possible problematic effects of b5.
