things that work for me....

Recommended Posts

Yeah like it says on the tin here are things that have worked for me- Shaving:ditching the razor and using a grooming kit that does not require oiling (still keep it clean and free of old hair though.) Smoking: If you do smoke smoke outside, keep your house/bedroom free of smoke especially before you go to sleep. Sleeping: Keep your pillow case clean, use a clean pillow case each night alternatively turn your case over to sleep on the fresh side the following night, and avoid fabric conditioners on your bedding at least as they are usually full of concentrated perfumes that may irritate the crap out your face. Other:drink plenty of water not all at once just frequently throughout the day, get plenty of fresh air on your face and plenty of sun {although not if you are on roaccutane as direct sun may give you really dry skin patches.} Ultimately though roaccutane was the solution to my acne and these things just helped me along the way, these may or may not help you but my hope is that they will as they did help me. Let me know what you think or alternatively just find something that you feel benefits you. .......Good luck.
