what to avoid in a multivitamin

Hi. I like to take vitamins regularly and I was wondering if anyone knows what makes a good or bad multivitamin. I think I read that iodine is bad for acne. Is there anything else that I should avoid when purchasing a multivitamin? Thanks!

Some here think that a multivitamin isn't that good. It's very unlikely that everything that's in 1 tablet

will get absorbed very well. Plus with all those vitamins together there will be interactions that lead to less/better

absorption of certain vitamins/minerals. Zinc gets absorbed less with calcium for example.
