ok so I dont have bad acne, I'll get the occasional breakout but my face gets real oily throughout the day. I was doing some research and found out that zinc and omega 3 are the best to take to help with an oily face. I purchased source natural's "ultra potency omega 3 fish oil soft gels" online which are 850 MG per softgel. it says on the back take one two times a day with a meal, thats fine.

now my question is how much zinc should I intake? which type of zinc is best for my condition? is there anything else I should know or use to help decrease the oil on my face? my forehead, nose and the area around my nose are the places that get oily. i'll get a couple small whiteheads from the oil as well. any helpful hints would be great, thanks guys.

Buy source naturals optizinc; it contains 120 tablets. Take it twice a day. If you find your face oily, get a tissue or a paper towel and lightly dab it. That should decrease the amount of oil you have. Dans moisturizer also really cuts down the oil production :)

take 2 with every meal for optimal results, as for zinc.. i take picolinate zinc from solgar at 22mg a dose with 2mg of copper once in the morning once at night.

just in general, see if you can find a proactive face mask only, works pretty well.

lates.

I could be wrong, but I think they mean the one be Proactiv, the hyped up "celebrity" acne treatment that they always advertise on TV. their refining mask smells horrible but i have to admit it does work pretty well. but I also think the Queen Helene mint julep mask works just as good and can be found at Walgreens or places like that. :)

so I was researching and read lots of good reviews about their refining mask but my questions is can it be bought by itself? I went to proactive's site and it looked like the only way you can buy it is with the set which I don't want the other stuff. Im interested in it because I dont have bad acne just the occasional zit.
