Thankfully no active acne thanks to accutane which I'm still on.What would be a safe treatment for me to use while on accutane that will EFFECTIVELY and QUICKLY help with red marks and such?Thanks a lot! m00sie 1 Share Posted August 16, 2007 Hrmmm if you werent on accutane you could do a face peel, but your skin is WAAAAAY too fragile if youre taking accutane. Um, the only thing i can suggest is investing in mineral makeup to cover up the scarring- people seem to have success with everyday minerals (www.everydayminerals.com) and they have a free sample kit you can order (you just pay for shipping).
