I personally liked Complex 15 better. Cetaphil just felt really greasy on my skin and left a white film on my skin. Complex 15 is very thin and watery though, so it doesn't exactly moisturize that well if you have very dry skin.

my skin gets very very dry right after I shower ( so dry it hurts to open my mouth). but after about an hour its not that painfully dry and i have mild // moderate flaking in the areas where I have acne

Have you read the reviews for Cetaphil and Complex 15 yet? That'll give you a general idea of how well they work. Like I said, Cetaphil tends to be a bit greasy but it does moisture quite well. It's entirely up to you to decide ^_^

Btw, are you using any type of facial cleanser during your shower? Some cleansers tend to dry out your skin, especially those that are medicated.
