Lots of people here have. Try the laser/light forum for the experiences of other members on this board. :D

Get a second opinion. More if needs be.

Dont just accept one derms opinion when it comes to scars. It is best to evaluate at least 3 good doctors diagnosis of your skin and treatment options. Make sure they all specialise in scar treatments. Arm yourself with a list of questions and get your moneys worth. It is better to pay for consultations, however frustrating, in order to make an informed decision on what route you wish to go down.

Be very cautious with regards to laser treatments, with the exeption of Fraxel, most treatments are way to unpredictable. Im sure you will find out the pros and cons searching through the forum.

Best of luck.

I recommend looking into medical roller treatments. I have had two and am very happy with the results. No laser involved, it is a collagen induction therapy that uses lots of thin needles on a roller to encourage collagen.

tell that doctor "i'm sorry for your lack of knowledge" then get a refund

he/she is a stupid doctor

go to someone really proactive, dr. rullan in chula vista california is great

dr. gladstone at stanford university hospital dermatology clinic is great also, except don't let students/residents work on you, they did over subcision on me, and i had over-correction.
