dan's regiman has done all it could do, need something new

Recommended Posts

ive been on dan's regimen for about a year now, has drastically improved acne, but now i dont get the same kind of acne, i have huge pores and they get blocked very easily, i know im alot better off than some of the unlucky people on this site, but hey i was their too.

what should i start doing different?

when i wake up i soak my face in warm water, wash with cetaphil, then ice some trouble spots

then put on 10% bp and moiturize.

Well, I'm sure you already know this, but that isn't Dan's regimen.

If blocked pores are an issue now, you might want to try an SA product. Don't apply the SA and BP at the same time though, maybe alternate them?

Try adding in the baby's hair brush for exfoliation. There's a link in my signature to the thread.

Your skin looks great overall! Looks like the BP is working really well for you. Keep it up.

i followed your advise and picked up a facial brush from crabtree and evelyn, real soft and some more stuff that might help, but im sure in what order i should put them on. heres what i got-

-facial brush

-neutrogena oil free acne wash foam wash (2% sa)

-nivea visage refreshing toner

-cetaphil gentle skin cleanser

ps.im also goin to continue dip method and ice

is this the right order?

1.rinse face wish warm water,

2.soak face in warm water,

3. wash with cetaphil, wash again and rub face with brush while lathered

4. splash face with cold water and apply ice to trouble spots

5.wash with neutrogena

6. dry and rub on toner.

how does this regimen sound for my situation?

and should i moiturize as well?
