I've started to eat cherries and it is extemely good for your body and skin. It also helps reduce cancer and has plenty of fiber in it which can help new cells grow and even help eliminate acne quicker.

You should eat about 21 cherry's and the best part is it only contains 90 Calories and no cholestoral!!!

Let me know what you guys think about this.

I love cherries. Exp if there in season. YUM. Kinda expensive tho

They've been on sale here cheaper than grapes or strawberries. I've been eating tons.

Im eating chocolate covered cherries right now lol

My mom loves those things haha....me not so much...give me the chocolate tho! :whistle:

I love cherries!! Below is an awesome recipe for a Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream, which I love!!

--about 2/3 of a bag of frozen cherries

--a heaping tablespoon of cocoa (or 2)

--a teaspoon of vanilla (can be omitted if you use vanilla soymilk)

--about half a cup of soymilk

--one or two dates (pitted!)

--Blend

I'll try that. Right after this banana sorbet I found a recipe for:

Frozen banana, chocolate chips and a tablespoon or so of water. There was a variation that added strawberries and for some reason a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix in a food processor.

Not necessarily.

Sugar in a lot of fruits of locked into a fibrous coating per se...

It will take longer to digest, hence providing a steadier release of the sugar, so not that detrimental at all.

Good! I hope you like it!! Everyone I've made it for loves it!! It's really good with unsweetened vanilla soymilk too - Westsoy is a good brand. The banana sorbet sounds great!! I've got some frozen bananas, so I'll have to try it out! :)
