Does anyone know which oils are considered bad for people with acne? I know hydrogenated oils are, but what about different pure oils like olive, sunflower, safflower, palm, and coconut? I know coconut is actually supposed to be beneficial...what about palm oil? We have a bunch of peanut butter with palm oil in it...the peanuts are dry roasted and then they add palm oil instead or something (organic, and surprisingly peanuts don't seem to break me out at all so that part's ok) and I was wondering if that's worse than regular peanut butter with I'm assuming just peanut oil.

Palm oil is fine. It was demonized in the past, mostly by the oil companies sick of importing it from the tropics and more keen on creating things like hydrogenated soybean oil, but it's really not so bad. Plant saturated fats are mostly neutral and sometimes beneficial.
