lots of chicken

lots of fish

lots of egg whites if you can tolerate it

unfortunately it will be quite expensive compared to grains/nuts/seeds which will screw up your skin anyways in any decent amount

Meat is both, pretty much doesn't matter which kind. But I recommend grass fed or wild caught meat which has a higher omega-3 ration than grain fed. I'm been eating a lot of grass fed rib-eye steaks, man are those good, and they've really helped my skin!
