Probably not as effective, or will take longer to work, but it should probably still do something for you. If it's an irritation issue, it might even be more beneficial for you to resolve the irritation (i.e. take it every other day; work into it), than focus on overall efficacy just yet. The irritation caused by pushing too hard could lead to breakouts, too.

yes, it's stilll effective. the more often you can use it, the better (every day would be ideal) but if your skin is getting irritated, every other day would probably better. if your skin is already cleared every other day may be all you need for maintnence. or if you are just starting a regimen, using it every other day or third day will help your skin get used to it with minimal side effects, you can slowly ramp up the dosage after a few weeks.
