How much fiber do you get in your diet?

1 apple

a few tablespoons of flax

a few cups of oats

bunch of raw veggies

bunch of cooked veggies

bunch of broccoli

probably 30+ grams from what i've read on that site

well it depends on your caloric intake, i'm taking in 3000+ a day and i'm still losing weight because of all the muscle mass i've acquired the past 6-7 years of training

even with my dietary changes and chlorophyll supplementation i go at most once a day, and usually each time i go it is quick and complete

of course rapidly increasing your fiber intake is not a good idea
