OTC options for shoulder acne

Are there any OTC products that are effective for acne on the shoulders? How 'bout those acne body washes? I really don't want to use any oral antibiotics. Argh, acne is a problem that should be going away for me by now, but instead it's getting worse. ](*,)

I used to have shoulder acne because of my school bag :-k

now that I don't always carry a bag anymore I don't get any, I'm also washing my body with purpose soap. That did the trick.

i also have shoulder and back acne, its a real pain. what ive been doing is using 2% salicylic acid cleanser in the shower (clean and clear blackhead clearing scrub) and following that up with 10% benzoyl peroxide. It seems to be the only thing that actually works for my back acne, i think the benzoyl peroxide is what is really stopping the acne, but the salicylic acid helps too. its a real pain in the ass because if i go for a few days or even one without using benzoyl peroxide i get a few pimples on my shoulders and back. i really hate it, im also looking for a better solutino to this problem

It will bleach your clothes. You can try wearing a white undershirt so your nice clothes won't get bleached...or use a cleanser (like Clean and clear) with BP in it.

My shoulders always breakout in the winter...I think it's the clothes I pile on to stay warm!
