How to stay relaxed and keep stress at absolute low?

I usually play the guitar, find a hobby that you like to do and that will help you think about nothing.

I dunno... you kind of have to learn to numb your emotions in general. I've chosen to have a really stressful school experience/schedule and have learned to just numb my emotions in general... I still get stressed, but just try and think about how successful you'll be in a few years or somethin. And if you're at home a musical instrument helps. I've taught myself how to play like 6 and just goin home and playing the piano or violin or something really helps. Also, try just vegging in front of the TV for a little while.
