Kiwi006 0 Posted June 21, 2007 So the past 2 days Ive noticed like allllll of the pores on my nose and my cheeks looked like they had brown/black stuff in them..Are they blackheads? Ive never had a problem with blackheads in my life, I didnt even think I had ANY of them..It looks like there is sand stuck to my face =( Are they blackheads or is my face just purging all the gross stuff inside..DOes this mean Im about to breakout horribly? Wynne 129 Posted June 21, 2007 Be gentle with your skin when washing and you may not have any inflammatory acne develop from the purging blackheads. If you do....it will go away.
