Cyph31 3 Posted June 11, 2007 yep even if somehow overdosing fish oil does not manifest itself in skin benefits you should still try to consume fish oil or fatty fish frequently (several times a week) because excess inflammation is a problem throughout the body having smooth joints is very nice too for any intense exercise
NdnRomeo 12 Posted June 11, 2007 It has brought me close to clear skin through regulation of hormones, but they are right, it alone is not enough. It improved me drastically, but there are also other important aspects too Like vit A though E and zinc and also other things like probiotics/digestive enzymes. All lovely things <

lalalalaloopsy 0 Posted June 14, 2007 Ok, I think I might get Carlsons if I can't get the non-fish Omega 3 Capsules... Is it better to store them in the refrigerator or not cuz I heard they can spoil.?

mangos21 0 Posted June 15, 2007 Takign about 3-4 grams a day..today I upped it to 4.8 which is a high for me. I've had moderate acne for a long time, getting occasional cyst and lost of inflamed papules/pustules...and htis stuff takes care of that quite well. I've only had maybe 3-4 pimples (most are small and go away fast..one big one though) in the past 1.5 weeks which is good for me lol. Gonna up my dosage startin tomorrow. kukumalu 0 Posted June 15, 2007 The fish oil just stopped my skin from being ohso covered in grease 24/7. So it was highly beneficial for me and I'd recommend it [:
Mgs2Raiden 0 Posted June 15, 2007 Mom has this stuff called omega 369, is that it?>
Cyph31 3 Posted June 15, 2007 you don't need 6 or 9 supplementation, 6 is in excess in practically every food except flax and seafood just stick with "fish oil" caps or liquid
sufferinginpa 1 Posted June 15, 2007 I have hormonal acne that has only become active in my adult life. I find fish oil supp. to REALLY help w/ inflammation. I've commented to NDNROMEO before on how much they've helped me. When I do break out (which I still do) I find they are much smaller and less painful. It's made covering them easier and almost no redmarks after they go away
