Lately I have been feelin weird. I´m angy,mad,sad, frustrated at the same time. I have panic attackes. I cant stand people. And i cant calm myself. I dont what to do. Like am i ticking bomb,except i dont know what will haven when I explode. What to do?

My face is really bad and I keep getting bad marks at school, fighting with my only friend . ItÅ› just to much. I dont see a way out of this dark period.

I have been told I will fell better If I just let out what´s on my mind. Maybe talk to someone,write it in a letter or so..and i decided to post it here.

P.S sorry for my english. I´m not from the States

its good that u've decided to let out ur feelings. but i honestly think you should vocally express your feelings to someone. unfortunately sometimes it gets out of hand and u might even start yelling, i do that sometimes... its just because all the anger is letting itself out of me. better in than out. so find someone u trust, most probably a family member, and talk to them about it. u'll feel much, much better.

i felt like that yesterday... it was one of my worst days ever. i felt like killing myself, it was that bad. but now i'm fine.
