The chin/mouth area looks disgusting :( Help (PICS INCLUDED)

Ive got all of these red/dark spots, think its hyperpigmentation. And all the redmarks that are one the dark area does not go away. Ive had red marks that have come and go on other areas, but the ones on my chin does not go away. So the biggest problem is the darks spots, and notice the brown marks at the corners of my mouth. Ive have that for almost a year now and the last 2 weeks at has gotten worse, i think its because of the sun. And its been like this since august last year, but i didnt have so many redmarks back then.

Anyone got any tips of what i should do?

I have read that using apple cider vinegar may help improve the red marks but you should use a sunscreen while using it. Also, it appears you are a male but you may want to use a very light makeup or powder if it bothers you just on that area. I would opt for a skin clearing type so it does not cause any additional breakouts. Something like clinique, neutrogena or almay skin clearing powder should help cover them a bit and not be too conspicuous. You can get the netrogena or almay at most drugstores but again I would say use the skin clearing type.

You may also want to try a toner with lactic acid (ten-o-six) or alpha hydroxy acid to possibly help lighten the spots or help with the evening out of the skin tone.

Sometimes it just takes time for these to go away but they should eventually. You are lucky you don't have any indented scars which really don't normally heal up.

You will be fine. Stay out of the sun. Drink lots of water. See a dermatologist. Do not pick them at all! You will be okay. You're skin is not horrible.
