depends on your situation. unless ur skin gets really dirty, you dont need to wash again as it will just dry out ur skin. definately dont apply bp 3 times a day. if you do wash just apply mosturizer to keep the skin from flaking.

what are you doing? also when?

ive done it all as far as scheduling goes,

for example

#1 the early morning workout

wake up and rinse face with water


come home shower and the regimine

(follow night routine as written)

#2 the midday workout

shower afterwards if you must

just apply mosturizer after it, then follow normal routine later at night

#3 the nighttime workout

easy, follow routine when ur done

HI Connie,

If your question is whether the perspiration from exercise will exacerbate the acne, my experience tells me it won't. My dermatologist told me that acne is not caused by dirt and she even had me cut down my washing frequency. That said, personal hygiene is important and washing after exercise is encouraged. But if you think doing so will help the acne, I personally don't think so.
