I guess I'm making this post to confirm my strategy and hopefully get some reinforcement.

I have moderate acne. I have tried a good number of products. Their agents have damaged my skin over the years and slowed down its natural renewal as well. I'm going to try to keep my regimen simple and consistent. We'll see how it goes.

This New Regimen: (everything nautral and organic except retin-a and the brush, of course)

Morning

-baby brush

-milk, honey, olive oil cleanser

-green tea toner

-aloe

-sunscreen spf 30

Night

-baby brush

-milk, honey, olive oil cleanser

-green tea toner

-aloe/retin-a micro

*switching between aloe and retin-a micro every other night to adjust to the retin-a

Diet/Supplements

-B5

-fish oil

-Drinking green tea morning and night

-Focussing on high protein vegetarian foods

-5 glasses of water per day (one before noon, one at lunch, three from afternoon on)

1-2 Times a Week

-Massage a few drops of jojoba oil into face and then exfoliate with the baby brush. Rinse thoroughly.

-(Before cleansing)Submerge face in bowl of realtively hot water for two minutes-take breaths every 10-30 seconds.
