western diet increases risk of lung disease by 4X.

i don't consume any of that anymore but will probably die from a nervous breakdown causing some cardiovascular problem by age 40 anyways

like seriously these days i consider oats and whole grains to be junk food

I'm still at a loss as to why red meats are bad. There's lean cuts, and they're excellent sources of protein and iron. But I guess people still think dietary cholesterol is highly correlated with blood cholesterol.
