Bleeding fresh raw scar/mark

What is best to put on for a spot that had a zit there, no lump anymore just red and raw. Ive put aloe vera on to dry it up and hopefully the skin comes off, but it overdryed it and made it crack even worse.

I dont know if its me, but polysporin seems to work so brutaally slow.

Maybe lemon or no?

Some other possibilities:

- Neosporin

- Spenco 2nd Skin

- Serious Skin Care Dry Lo Lotion

- Manuka Honey

Personally I think lemon would sting like crazy.

i guess maybe polysporin takes a while to work?

can i put something else with polysporin to make it work faster?

i dont see how moister works better. WHen my spot is moist, it keeps bleeding.

There is such a thing as keeping a wound TOO moist, however. I have a cut that I had been keeping moist with Neosporin, yet after a week it hadn't even begun to heal. I went to see a doctor at the Health Center, and she told me to let it dry out a bit. I took her advice and left it alone for about a day and a half (no ointments or anything) so it could dry out, then I switched to Spenco and now it's healing just fine.
